Hi I'm Allison!

My background is a little unconventional.

I studied Psychology and Art Practice at UC Berkeley, which gave me a foundation in both how people think and how to communicate visually.

From there I went into UX design, spent time doing direct patient care as an IHSS provider and behavioral therapist, and I'm currently working in a dental anesthesia setting supporting patients with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What ties it all together is a genuine interest in people. Understanding what they need, how they experience things, and how to make those experiences better. Whether I'm designing an interface or helping a patient feel calm before a procedure, the core skill is the same: paying close attention and responding thoughtfully.

I'm currently open to roles in UX, health tech, and clinical consulting in the LA and SF areas.
